At Kraftor, we take data security and compliance extremely seriously. This Privacy Policy details how we gather, process, and protect your information when utilizing our public marketing pages and dashboard portals.
We receive database inputs from our contact lead sheets, portal registration credentials, and task details uploaded by clients and employees. This details contact names, emails, company registration IDs, phone structures, and contract project files.
Our dashboard systems utilize encrypted server channels and secure access tokens. Client documents, active contract files, and payment accounting tables are isolated to prevent cross-account permissions leaks.
We log site telemetry using performance cookies to benchmark web speeds and page scroll rates, ensuring our layouts load efficiently across global locations.

Welcome to Kraftor. By navigating our site or logging into the Portal Login, you agree to comply with our platform terms of service.
Portal access is granted to active clients, employees, and interns. You are responsible for safeguarding your login keys. Admin monitors reserves the right to lock accounts showcasing abnormal traffic or data extraction attempts.
Upon final payment receipt, all custom codebase architectures, web styles, digital design files, and rendering assets are transferred to the client. Pre-existing internal framework nodes and mockups remain platform property.
Timelines logged on active projects represent calculated estimates. Delays resulting from scope changes, feedback loops, or third-party API configurations will adjust milestones updates inside the project timeline.

Our goal is to execute projects to absolute alignment. We maintain strict refund contract rules to align client expectations with dev/designer retention.
Retainers are processed at the start of monthly cycles or milestone steps. Refund requests submitted after work has commenced on a phase will be audited based on hours logged and assets produced up to that date.
If a project is cancelled prior to the "Design" step, a full refund less a 15% discovery setup charge is processed. No refunds are available once final coded sites are deployed to staging/production directories.
Any service concerns must be reported directly using a support ticket inside the Portal Login to initiate billing escalations.
